I have an MBA, and I didn't know that small businesses were OWNERS of business executives.
This question is preposterously poorly worded. I've answered nearly 2,000 questions, and this one is so garbled that I cannot imagine what, if anything, is being asked. I have no notion whatsoever what is being inquired about.
Please withdraw this question and reword it in English.

Small businesses own top executives? Slavery was abolished in this country years ago. Figure out what you mean to ask and resubmit in a coherent sentence.
