It really depend on your career goal, your major, and how prestigious is the foreign university. If you plan to go oversea it might be worth while since you will not need to take TOEFL for graduate school, if your university primary teaching language is English.

I feel that its not worth.
Cause the fees that they r charging is more than the kind of education u provide in terms of quality and quantity wise.
They give u big promises of bright future and so on but after they get thier pockets filled up , it hardly matters to them.
The high fees charged acc. to me is not worth

No it isn't, I suggest that you do your degree in your home country, because the education is getting worse these days, and the standard is falling behind , however if u do get a scholarship then u can try it.
