Make yourself some flyers, put them on cars, supermarkets, doors, advertising you will mow lawns, do odd jobs, or even errands. My brother did that when he was 12-14 and made some good money. It started as Summer work, but ended up being full year work, (shoveling, dog walking etc...)on weekends during school year...some afternoons after school. Lots of elderly people who need help pay nicely for help like that.

Baby sitting, newspaper delivery. In some states, you can work clearing tables at a restaurant. It all depends on the labor laws in your states. Some states require a permit before letting minors work. Check with your local labor board.

Start a newspaper route in your area, that is the best thing for a teen your age. I use to sell local news paper in my area to the adults and Grit news paper for the young adults. I know you have never heard of Grit but I loved it.

Agricultural work, like picking veggies, detasle corn, picking fruits. Its not too bad, you just have to work with mirgrant workers. Around here they have the crews split up though with hispanic crews and then high schooler crews. Plus the season is short so its not too bad.
