I'd want to command a starship with a small profile (i.e. it'd be hard to hit) but plenty of firepower as well as exploratory equipment. A Nebula-class starship fits this profile exactly (ex. USS Phoenix, USS Sutherland) and seems to me better-fitted for deep space exploration. It'd never be a flagship, though.
Mr. Data, I believe the Sutherland is in need of a commanding officer.

The Enterprise...duh. But out of all star ships I think I would prefer to captain the Millennium Falcon.

I would take command of the U.S.S. Enterprise-E because it is the most advanced and powerful starship in the fleet.

None, The Millenium Falcon or Slave 1 would be better. Star wars just rocks and Star Trek sucks cocks.

Enterprise D, though most likely I'll have to make my own ship from random shuttle debris. Damn Cardassians.
