The governments contribution is to install systems that do
not fun function properly .It is either lack of proper training of staff
or absolute incompetence on their part .
The only thing they are very good at when it comes I T is to waste Billions of taxpayers money.

The government is the one to thank for IT alltogether. The Internet itself started as a US Dept of Defence project called DARPANet. We wouldn't have the Internet if it wasn't for that.
