We can be relatively sure that Jimmy Hoffa caught a bullet with his teeth if not with his entire head. However, no one has ever successfully caught a bullet with their teeth. The performers who do this stunt are frauds: no actual bullet is fired from the weapon, and a dummy bullet is already hidden in the performer's mouth to present to the audience.

I saw Penn and Teller do it. They even had someone initial the bullet before it was put in the gun. Penn fired the gun, Teller caught the bullet, and it had the same initials on it.
