Very simple: different colours are associated with different moods. For example, if a person favours red then you know to look for the group where emotions associated with red and fire are found. The emotional group Rigidity, has sub-categoric emotions such as, impatience, forcefullness, not listening to the opinion of others, overpowering, pride, egotistic etc. (I'm assuming you know that dr. Bach has grouped the emotions into 5 groups.) If you know what emotions the different colours stand for then you can easily cross-reference that within Bach flower remedies. I hope it helps.
