yes, you buy them in the drug store.
one brand is called lactaid.

Yes. I am also lactose intolerant. I use Dairy Ease (or generic equivalent) and if I take 3 at a time before I eat dairy products, it helps a lot.

You can also try organic products. I thought I was lactose intolerant for a long time, before a friend sugguested that I try organic milk. For some reason other milk severely upsets my stomach, always has. Switched to organic with no further problems.
