These are the evil powers that over power conscience and lead to the evil degradation of human soul. No one is born with punctured conscience but , yes, these negative powers start ruling the conscience . But there are people who have the power within that doesnt let these negative evils to rule their conscience.Only the one's who have high morals can not let these evil powers to rule and thus can't cheat anyone even if they wish to.

Some people actually do lack any kind of conscious as normal people do. They only see others as a means to an end. One out of 25 people exhibit these traits, they also lack empathy.. so they won't care about cheating, hurting, or being dishonest. In fact being honest would be a huge stretch for them! THey are called Sociopaths.

They are opportunist...and seize the moment to benefit themselves...without regard for another. They rarely, if ever...think of the consequences. This sets them up for some very harsh falls in life...and they have created an energy that will come back to them a hundred-fold...just as the act of giving can bless you. They aren't really getting away with anything...it just seems this way at the time. They are really cheating themselves.
They don't believe there is enough abundance in life for everyone...don't trust it...and they rush to "get theirs"...at any cost.

When people cheat at games, they are fairly insecure and feel that these games measure up something about them as a person.
When these people swindle others, they obviously don't have a conscious. They have no empathy for the people they hurt, and rationalize their theft.

U cheat someone bcoz u believe that u can get away with it, its not about conscious its much about the pro's and con's from ur perspective in ur point of view and how it will impact u!!!!!!!!!! so after all that mumbo jumbo i just blabbered about its about just WIIFM(whats in it for me?)

The answer is no! Cheaters don't care about who they hurt when they are cheating. Thet only feel for the moment and don't care about the consequences afterwards.

What are they cheating at? But to answer your question, anyone who does something that is not Kosher is usually lacking in conscience.

Yeah they do but some are just so hard hearted and don't care. But I do I care about all. No matter what. That's why it's good to be converted and have the heart of Christ.

I think they have some inner weakness, and they feel good by hurting others. They believe they look cool and smart by doing so!!
