I cannot believe people are using that Urban Legends thing as a source. Um, HELLO it says "LEGENDS" not FACTS. Anyway, here is what www.snopes.com had to say about that:
Claim: According to a study by the Lovenstein Institute, President Bush has the lowest IQ of all presidents of past 50 years.

Status: False.

Example: [Collected on the Internet, 2001]
Here is the actual link:
http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/hoaxes/presiq.htm
Oh, and for a bonus, remember the President's "resume" that's been going around? It's from the same site that the IQ thing originated. There IS no Lovenstein institute. That is false.

However:
http://www.google.com/answers/threadview?id=571319
"His SAT scores would suggest his IQ
is about 129, which if I remember correctly would classify him as
"gifted", ie. belonging to the top 10 pct of the population."

SAT score:
George W. Bush - 1206 (unrecentered)
from
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/1247957/posts
This site:
http://www.theusaonline.com/presidents/george-w-bush.htm
also has President Bush's SAT score as 1206.

So basically, no one really knows his actual IQ. But it is higher than 91.

Tthere is a lot of dispute on this even among the "experts". I really don't care how high or low he tests on an IQ test. The fact of the matter is he is allowing/making very bad choices, for even worst reasons. Boooo on Bush!

By the way, there is no such Institute as "The Lovenstein Institute of Scranton, Pennsylvania". That documentation is bogus and the IQ's quoted are not reliable.

lighten up - you asked a lame question and so people are goin to run with it. IQ scores are irrevelenat to anything in this life. I have freinds who left mensa because they found their smart counterparts really no different that the rest of the world.

Bush is more clever than liberals want to admit and if this conflict is resolved in Iraq in any decent manner than he can leave office with some dignity. he has not been a great president
he came to office after clinton and Islam is experiencing its dark ages now. A world wide gorilla warfare campaign is the last thing one would want on a presidential shift He got stuck with it and the shadow governments are using it as well.
