Dump him. There are so many things wrong with this situation I don't have time to itemize all of them, but here are a few:
He's clearly not ready to permanently end his marriage and commit to you. I've never heard of divorce being easier after two years. That sounds like a lame excuse to me.
If he cheated on his wife with you, chances are he'll cheat on you too. Are you even sure he's not still sleeping with his wife? Those pictures he won't part with mean something.
With so many good men readily available, why do so many women waste their time on unattainable men? Do you think a man is only worth having if someone already has him? A lot of women deliberately pass up the nice unattached guys and go after some married jerk. It's time to ask yourself why you do this when you could be so much happier with someone who wants to be with you and only you.

As far as it being easier after 2 yrs, there is truth to that. It depends on if they filed a legal separation or not. You didn't mention that. After a 1 year voluntary separation or 2 year non-voluntary separation you can get a no-fault divorce granted. It is a 15 minute formality where you sign the papers and that's it. This is provided that there was a settlement done when they separated. And in a no-fault divorce, there are no irreconcilble differences, adultery, etc. given as the reason for divorce. The original separation serves as the reason. Now, as far as the pictures, he has no reason to keep those. If he doesn't want them to get into the wrong hands, he needs to give it to his wife, and let her do with it as she wishes. If he doesn't live with her, she obviously knows something, and maybe you should just try talking to her about it (provided she doesn't have a crappy attitude towards you, it's possible you know). If a man loves you and wants to be with you, nothing can keep him away. Maybe you should try going on a date or two with someone else, just to see if he cares. When and if he says something, just politely say that while he is still technically with someone else, you don't have all of him, so how fair is it that he has all of you?

Firstly you can never make a guy do anything they do not want to and if you try you may loose him. Just wait and he will get a divorce from her when he is ready.
My husband was married when I met him, but I did not let that bother me as I knew that he would be getting a divorce.

You need to get rid of this guy, that old saying if they will do it with you(cheat)they will do it to you,It;s pretty much true.If he isn't ready to get rid of the pictures what does that tell you.And another thing it isn't any easier to get a divorce after 2 years than it is after 1 month.Wise up before you get hurt!

Eventually she will divorce him maybe he will marry you but if he does he will more then likely cheat on you just like he did her you know the saying if they do it with you they will do it to you. Not getting rid of her naked pictures would be enough reason for me to walk out the door that is disrespectful to you i can understand keeping pictures but not raunchy one's. Move on there is no making him want only you if he doesn't already
