while trying to access shared-data from a computer on LAN, I got message that you dont have permision to use.?

I have logged on the server as admin.

Your user may not have permissions on the shared resource, either at the share or NTFS level. Just because you login as an administrator doesn't mean the account has access to everything on the network. Check the share and NTFS permissions of the resource you're trying to login to.

If you are not a network admin, you have to log in with the user's name.

if it is password protected you cannot access it
