Well, I just got over some bloating the other day, thank goodness. The best thing to do is wait it out, but there are some extra tips that are useful.

*Excercise, dear. Excercise helps you from bloating, getting cramps, etc.

*Drink plenty of water. Although this may sound odd with bloating being a factor, you can get dehydrated very easily. The best tip is to drink a cup (8 ounces) of water for every ten pounds that you weigh. Since I am 140 pounds, I drink 14 cups of water per day. Also, stay away from drinks that contain caffeine (soda, tea, coffee). This will make you dehydrated, and you will need to drink extra water to make up for the added caffeine.

*Lay off the snack food. Eating healthy can make you feel better all the time, but it really helps during times of bloating.

I hope this helps you out! Here's to no more bloating!

Believe it or not, the more water u consume, the less bloated u are! bloating comes from way too much salt in ur system. Water rinses this out, pineapple will help as well, fresh not canned as there is too much sugar in the canned stuff.

Lots of fresh fruit in ur diet each day will also help prevent this .

Drink lots of water and sleep on your left side.....my doctor told me that and it really helped.......reason for left side is that all major organs are on the right side of your body...laying on the left takes all pressure off of them and helps to get rid of water weight.
