He'd be real old and in bad health.
I can imagine trying to escape fame, but Elvis seemed to like it. Also he was very lavish, and would be spending so much money on health care by now it would be very hard to go un-noticed.
He definately is among the living dead and always will be.

No, for the simple fact that if he was, he would still be putting out songs. I think that people just don't want to get over the fact that Elvis is dead, even though they know better.

I think if people were concerned with their own lives, as much a some do with regards to celebrities etc, then the world would be a better place...
In essence, what does it matter; whether he's alive or dead ? He lived thats whats important...

They get really mad down in Memphis if you think he's still alive, in fact last time I was there on the anniversary of his death, the local radio station was giving away life sized chalk outline bath mats!!!
