I saw part of one episode this last week when they were hunting that guy who is trying to make contact with a 'pureblood'? and took him a waitress as an offering and then the woman who bathed in blood to get a vision. It's a vampire series. I don't know what it's like in the long run. It's in danger of taking itself too seriously. How is it?

I didn't like the first episode, but it's gotten better since. I'm still watching.
