As hard as I try to understand, and seek info, I end up more frustrated cause the answers are very techincal and use computer lingo I don't understand. I can't be alone here, but clicking on "Help" should actually help, not confuse more.

Well, Apple support is really the best site to visit. The information you get on the site is much clearer than the help menu. The language is also kept simple so that anyone can follow. They also have various "How To's" which I'm sure you'll find useful.
