Continuing to rub any part of the skin can cause chaffing and a raw feeling. As long as enough lubricant is used, and the person knows their own limits (they don't rub too hard for themselves) a woman will just continue to have orgasms. We don't have to wait that 20 minute period like you guys do.

This is wrong...unless he's wearing sandpaper gloves or something. Same applies to the fairer sex...it harms nothing.
There might be some psychological issues..but no physical ones.

what happens if women keep masturbating? they might not need a man so much. it is a good and natural healthy thing to do. especially young people, then their sexual stress is relieved and they won't find themselves pregnant so much.

yes we can become sore and it can feel raw and we may have to go commando with loose fitting pants or shorts or wear skirts....as well as develop carpal whatsitsname in the wrist...for prolonged...well you know...activity.....
