Probably Caucasian. Most Sri Lankans are Caucasians, even if they have very dark skin.
But this race thing is nonsense. We are all humans and you may have more genes in common with some random pygmae or Mexican than with your neighbour since individual variation is more pronounced than variation between "races".

The whole notion of race is so western..... don't think too much into it. What are the main races anyways.... black, white, asian hispanic? but what about every body else in between.... :)? If you want to label yourself label yourself a sri lankan... nationality means more than color of skin
