I backed my boss truck into a tree , totally by accident , and offcourse I told him. He told me not to worry about it and that he will get and estimate and get it fixed. Should I offer to pay for it? The tree made a pretty big dent in the bumper and he can't really open his tailgate.
I feel horrible and I don't know what to do. I told him I was sorry but I feel like it doesn't matter what I say. HELP.

I would offer to pay for the damage. I have had a similar incident and bought a card and put in there I would be willing to pay for the damage and I am so sorry I just can't believe I did that. It went over well and she came out and said I was most unique and it really was no big deal accidents happen. Trust me I know how you feel but it sounds like your boss is as cool about things as mine was.

you should at least offer to pay the deduction of his insurance. and if it happened on company time then the company should pay for everything..

Pay for half.

This shouldn't be in this section either.

Don't you have car insurance? You should have your insurance pay for it. If not you should pay for it yourself.
