Is a coporate meeting a legal paper , we had decused price and the sale of the corporation. Would that be a legal paper in the court of law to show that the partner agreeded to buy and pay a certain price for the sale of the corporation.

I agree with the first answer...get a lawyer...this is a civil suit, and it will get ugly.

Percentage of ownership. Who has the most or is it 50/50? If there is no written partnership agreement, you need ti get a lawyer involved today if not sooner. If there is a written agreement, then the terms of the contract dictate. Options, letters of intent etc. Just get a lawyer as fast as you can.
