Go on diet, eat only when necessary. Drink low fat milk to put off the hunger pangs if you prefer dieting and eating less. But a word of caution tho: if you are breast-feeding your baby, get a doctor's advice about your dieting plan so that your milk will be nourishing enough for your baby.
Having said that, I still think if you can avoid high-carb foods, can help your body slim down, restrict taking fatty stuff like fried chicken(take off the skin will be ok). Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water, can help eliminate fats from your body too.One last advice, avoid sweet stuff becos excess of it can accumulate as fats in the buttocks, waist, stomach and thighs
Happy slimming!

The best way to return your body to a good physical condition and weight is to breastfeed your baby after it is born. The nursing will restore the uterus to the normal size more quickly. Nursing also melts the pounds off your body because it burns calories and encourages you to eat properly. Your body will become more toned and any cellulite will disappear.

#1- NURSING helps to shrink the uterus and burns extra calories.
#2- Get a good stroller and walk daily. Most new moms have no extra time or energy for exercise. And yes, you CAN get your body back. I was smaller after my third child than I was before I was pregnant.

Don't forget to do your kegels. If you have a great sex life-chances are you won't mind so much about your body changing-and try to remember that ALMOST NO WOMAN gets back the same body she had before kids-so lighten up on yourself!

nursing will help lose weight and slim down some, but remember your body will not ever get back to what it was before you had kids. Eat a healthy balanced diet and get exercise, walking is great

Exercise and use a corset to pull every thing back to normal. For corsets, either check out Victoria's Secret or Hanes.

It may nver be the same as it was before, but certainly excersize and eating right, drinking water, staying active and skin firming lotions can make a huge difference.
