Look in to sexual qigong.
There are several books on the matter, one popular author is Mantak Chia.
Some think it can cause other problems though, use moderation and remember that nothing is fool proof.

There's a ton of websites out there that give advice on how men can have multiple orgasms - and by that they mean without the ejaculation. So you could start there. At some point you should though... it's not good for your prostate if you don't.

Yes, If you've had an operation to remove your prostate don't worry you can still enjoy the sex as always, but without the threat of getting someone pregant but why not just try it and see what happens could't hurt, too bad huh just enjoy yourself
