I recorded a phone conv. with Sony W600i in a amr.file.the phone is not playing back.What should I do?

I transfer the file on computer and I download some amr. conversion files from www.freedownloadcenter.com but is not working.Please advise.

try this
1.when you transfer your .amr file to comp use music converter
2.try getting yours mobile volume higher
3.try playing other type of .amr files to your mobile because he might not support .amp file
4.is your mobile memory full?try deleting something
5.is your .amr file OK?maybe it has a low volume
