For a piper, it's pretty easy to figure out on a practice chanter. The "If you think I'm sexy part" starts on High-A. The other part starts on Low-A. Since it's pretty much always played as a joke (ala "So I Married an Axe Murderer"), you don't need to worry much about adding embellishments beyond the melody notes.

Another way is to post at message at the Bagpipers2 Yahoo! group and asking for the music there, someone will have it.

I would guess that you could use any sheet music and play it on bagpipes
