The worst I would have to say is Hutchinson Kansas...truly the UGLIest place on earth next to ElPaso, tx. The most beautiful would have to be....The Oregon/Washington Coast!!!!

Ironton, Ohio is the worst. There is absolutely nothing to do there. Their economy pretty much collapsed and went the way of the dodo, when coal went the way of the dodo.
The best one is San Francisco, but that's an unfair comparison, since SF is a real city, so maybe I should compare Ironton to a place a little more in their league. So that would be Athens, Ohio. Great city, lots of things to do, awesome views, and it's even haunted (or so they say) so you can have fun with the supernatural if you're into that.

the worst is DC because damn it how can you allow slums in the capital of the greatest country on Earth ? Congress should pass a law saying that all Members of congress have to live in DC city limits

The worse city I agree with Elpaso and Philly. I enjoyed Cleveland Ohio. I've been there twice and it's nice lots of things to do.

how are we defining worst and best? id say the worst overall experience was in jackson, miss. what a bleh city. nothing to do and just depressing. the best would be chicago. lots to do, good transport for visitors, people are friendlier than the east coast. im not counting nyc because ive lived there.

the worst would have to be memphis tennessee, besides graceland, there really wasnt much there and it was the dirtiest place ive ever been to. and the best would have to be atlanta georgia, there was so much stuff to do there and the whole city is relatively clean
