she is not his realgranma thoug she had take care of them for 7 yrs. what can the father do to get them?

hire a lawyer but since the kids are so old they will have the final say i would let them stay with there grandma but request u get visitation of them if this is what they want if not just take them there your kids

the thing is that whoever had taken care of them, for many years makes them automatic part of them.....but you still can fight through court.
