Yes u can how ever unless u a a hacker then no u carnt!!! It's possible becasue of the Lan Hash which is used 2 secure passwords some times they r stored in plain text format eg
User: Dude
Password Dude2
but you need 2 look around your system as i have no idea where they r!!!

If it has XP home, you can boot into safe mode and login as administrator, no password. Then you can delete the accounts and create yourself a new one.
