HELP! Mozilla Firefox?

I am trying to download databases from Microsoft.com,, everytime I try to download, it says that my software installation is disabled. WHERE do I find that and enable it???
I went to options and allowed the site but it still says the same thing.
Help please!!!

u need internet explorer it wont work on mozilla everyone knows that
