They have mens urinals like telephone booths in the middle of the sidewalk, the urinals have no top and no bottom, (not a pretty sight).
The French are almost as pompous as the English, but have no sense of humour at all, and very few can speak English, they are well known for pulling frogs legs off and eating them.
In brief, I try and think as little as possible about France or the French, almost any other country or people are OK by me!

I really like it. What I found was a lot of kindness, people would go out of their way to help and once they were helping me they'd check back to make sure I was sorted. Too many stories....
Understanding and using simple politenesses went a long way -- saying Bonjour Monsieur/Madame on entering a shop, doing my best to speak French, learning bits (hello, please and thank you) of the regional languages too. But mostly being interested in the people and their country.
I was really amazed by how interested many French people are in other cultures -- I was absolutely besieged by questions, what life in the U.S. was really like, what I thought about French politics (and U.S. of course), international this and that. The regional trad music scene is very strong in Brittany, but it's also very international, with a lot of interest and enthusiasm for performers from all over.
Politically, it's been fascinating to search out real news -- France has been persuing it's own energy policy for years, which is part of the reason why the U.S. regime despises it so.
And above all else, the food is simply amazing.

I'm currently reading a book which was translated from the French. I think the culture is fascinating and I would love to spend some time in Provence. The language is very interesting--I studied it in college. I would like to explore the countryside. Paris seems like a must for any world traveller, but honestly it doesn't attract me.

there's a famous french saying about their country
One day God created France and did such a marvellous job heb was afraid to make all others jealous. It's for that reason he created the French.

Horrible arrogant smelly french people. A reason poll showed that french men only shower on average 4 times a week and change their underwear only twice a week
