I belive that only Mel Gibson's conscience can answer this question, maybe if people were to stop judging other peoples religious beliefs in public forums, there would be less hatred in the world, and I think that goes for all religions I think ones religious beliefs should be a Private matter between ones self and their heart.

No I don't think so. I wish the media would give it a rest. People are not perfect and will say and do things out of anger and such. What I find interesting is how people are so quick to "kick you when your down". It seems more so with Christians. Most of the times, they are the first to judge. I can say this because I am a christian and sadly, that is just how it is at times. Sorry to get off on a tangent. The arresting officer didn't make that much of it so why is the world still harping on it???? Because of who he is.

No! People say stupid thoughtless remarks all the time. He is just a human being who was caught expressing his thoughts out loud, but that does not make him anti-semetic. Everyone at one time or another blurs out words we wish we had never said!

No. He was drunk and rambling. He has more money than sense. Who the heck really cares? Maybe he thinks he is Jesus and the Jews killed him.....
Maybe he was upset at them for killing so many innocent people in Lebanon so indiscriminately. Hate is bad. Radical Zionism is a form of hatred. There is nothing wrong with national / race pride but killing people is wrong. They are just as bad as the Arabs they are fighting. Both sides need to talk out their problems, come to terms, live in peace and prosper.

I think he could be, but I think it is imbedded in his mind from childhood. I believe it's something he may not be proud of and would like to change. I don't think he is a bad person at heart, just had a misguided childhood that has probably been passed along by more then one generation in his family. I think that is the case with most people.

A few words spoken by someone who is drunk and angry should not define his character and beliefs. People are getting so self-righteous over this - as if they've never said a word in anger that they didn't mean.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone...

Yes possibly, but who cares. There are plenty of people like that out there, just because he is famous, they have to exploit him like 20 times a day. Let's move on already.

I'm not sure because I don't know him personally, but many times a person's true personality comes out in times when they aren't guarding themselves as much as they normally do. He's very scarily conservative. I know that!

He has already made enough money to buy an island
Let him go live there in solitude because unless he produces his own movie I don't think we will be seeing him in any movies.
kind of reminds you of Mad Max...he will be ending his career where he started....all alone.
Note to self ....KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT TO COPS
