What are the differeces between Internal Fragmentation and External Fragmentation?

In fixed partition and dynamic partition it occurs,internal and external respectively. pls give me difference......

Internal fragmentation is me forgetting stuff like where I put my car keys or checkbook.

External fragmentation is the disorder in my house.
