Ok let me start here, the likeliness of actually conceiving in your first month is 25%. Dont get bummed if you are not pregnant. As far as when to test, it depends on when your pregant how fast the HCG shows up in your urine. HCG= pregnancy hormone. The hcg can take one hour or three weeks to be readable on a pregnancy test. So, that is why it is reccommended to wait until after the first day of your missed period.
From experience, since my husband and I started to try I seem to always be one to two days late. So therefore I wont think of testing until day four or five.

The first pregnancy sign for a lot of women is a missed period or light spotting (implantation bleeding). However some women have claimed that they have had other symptoms as their first sign such as sore breasts, extreme fatigue, or morning sickness. Usually these symptom start a couple weeks after conception but all women are different. It does take 6 to 12 days for the fertilized egg to attach to the uterus and another day for hCG to be present in urine. I would assume that symptoms would not start until after the egg is attached to the uterus. If for some reason you believe you may be pregnant take a pregnancy test. Some tests will detect as early as 3 or 4 days before your next period is due but to ensure no false negatives take one on the day your period is due. Have patience. It's not likely you will conceive your first month trying. Just continue to have sex on your predicted ovulation day and a few days before and after. Hope this helps.

I knew with my pregnancies about 12-14 days before my next period was due. My first one wasn't planned, but I just had this feeling that I was! I need to pee slightly more, felt tired for no reason - and that essentially was it. The other thing that made me feel that way was a 'popping' sensation in my tummy area a few hours after intercourse and therefore just a day or two before the other symptoms!
But the best sigh for most would probably be a missed period. Good luck.

But it all depends. have you use all methods to try and get pregnant? like put a pillow under your but when having intercourse and after wards putting your leggs straight up in the air for ummmm 5 minutes that how i got my girls . also it's always good if you both *** at the same time. sorry to sound so crude. But good luck hope evrything is going good.

You can buy the first response pregnancy test that tells you 5 days before your missed period, or you can wait, but do not buy the dollar store brand tests they can result in false negatives, because they measure a higher concentration of hcg in your urine, my best thing is be patient, and go with the flow. Good Luck.
