I finished my Masters in History, loved the learning, but I can't find a job anywhere. Can't teach High School, no certificate, can't teach college even the Phds are unemployed. Museums don't even answer my applications, state and federal jobs send me back "you are not qualified" even though they asked for my Degree specifically. This was supposed to be a career change for me, but it looks like I will have to go back to my old job skills, or blow my credit rating.

Get your teacher's certificate. You should be able to do that.

you should be able to teach at private schools with just a bachelor and no experience. lots of people with your degree have jobs.

maybe your resume sucks or you're a bad interviewer.
