Has anyone ever had a dream where you were walking and you tripped or fell and were falling forward and then you woke up all jumpy and your heart was beating really fast..? I have

YES! I woke up once from a dream and was talking. My boyfriend got all freaked out!

Falling is one of the most common messages in dreams.
You should read Carl Jung or one of his advocates.
All Jung did was compare the results of over 80,000 dreams. It will take you a long time to get that many opinions on yahoo!

I've had dreams where I was falling and the same thing has happened to me. or if you hear a phone ringing in your dream...and when you wake...it's just your alarm clock or your phone. But it fits so well in your dream at the time. Very strange.

i used to live upstairs in a condo and i would have dreams where i was starting to walk down the stairs and i would trip and atomatically wake up. usually dreams like that just means you are stressed or you have troubles on your mind! hope i helped!

omg. i have those all the time. I'll be doing something normal, in my dream, like walking in my house, and all a sudden, ill trip. i like instanly wake up and my heart is going crazy and im shaking. its weird.

Yes, it's the worst feeling. When I was in school, my psychology teacher explained that usually happens when you need to move your muscles and it's the body's way of making us move to decrease nerve damage.

i have those all the time, it is so annoying....i have alot of dreams where i am falling too, so i jump like a moron and wake myself up....seriously, like every night!
