Red Sox Nation is busy crying in their beers again, now that the realize they've got another 84 years to wait for their next championship.

Who is this Deli Ozan guy? Please, put on a shirt. And as far as the question goes, I think it's still alive and well but I think the fans are frustrated that no trades were made by the deadline after the Yankees made a few to improve themselves. Also, they really should have lost all three games so far to Cleveland in this current series, so I think there is some concern on the fans part, but I'm sure Red Sox nation is still alive, and this is coming from a non Red Sox fan.

Personally, I'm a Red Sox fan but I'm also Objective (maybe the only one). It's still too early in the season to start giving the division to the Red Sox (or Yankees). People need to get a grip on reality.

To answer the question... Red Sox Nation is as strong or stronger than ever. Most true fans aren't here on Answers though being childish.

The only people who post "Why do the Yankees Suck?" questons on Answers are either kids or have no life (This goes for you too Yankees fans - Vise Versa). Personaly, I'm sick of seeing 100 posts a day about the Yankees / Red Sox rivalry... Go find a forum someplace to vent, we're sick of this crap.

I would have to agree with my fellow Red Sox fans GPC and Beckettgirl. Its only August people, we are 2 percentage points below the Yankees, and I'm a fan of Red Sox Nation and I know alot of other people who also are fans and we are not a fishing village. We are alive and strong, and if you are a true fan, you will stick by your team no matter what.I did in 2003[Game 7] and I was not a fan in 86', but I wish I was now, because their is nothing else like it in this world Boston fans, we are the most real and united.GO RED SOX.and stop stirring up **** Fabio!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to have to agree with GPC. This site use to be alot of fun, but every single day we see the same idiotic questions over and over.
Let's see how many people will still be talking sh*& when the Red Sox WIN the World Series.
I expect a huge apology especially from you, Fabio.

yeah first the gm didn't get any body second our pitching suck only like pitcher are good and red sox didn't make a move on the trade, yankees were smart. I think the gm or red sox want them to lose cause red sox could aready have 70 win if they bought some good players, i bet red sox only will make to the playoff by wild card again.

I'm sure they're still around, but I do find it interesting how few threads there are today about the greatness of the Sox.

Last week when they were alone in first place, there seemed to be a thread about every game, and a bunch of general ones. Not so much this week, now that they've been caught.

Sorry, but the term "Our Team" Nation was copyrighted by the Oakland Raiders a long time ago. The Red Sux are in violation of US copyright laws and should be forced to forfeit any ill-gotten booty (or ill-booten gotty) from the use of the term Red Sux Nation.

Yeah, but they'll return whenever the Red Sox get back in the World Series

I am personally sick of both the Red Sox and Yankee fans. Many of their fans (not all, I know several fans of both teams that do not fall into this generalization) are obnoxious and ignorant. They think they understand baseball but they don't know anything.

Maybe we can send them to this tiny fishing village and let them fight to the death. At least there will be fewer stupid fans if that happened. :)
