WhatEVER you do, you need to stop having unprotected sex with your husband NOW.
That being said, I would hate to have you jump to conclusions, but visiting a gay website to find out about STDs is pretty damning. I mean, he could go to any NUMBER of website for information - the fact he went to a gay website does kind of indicate that he has suspicions about his health and the source of any decline in it.
He needs to go to a doctor to have the rash checked. You need to go to your own doctor and have a complete physical, a check for STDs and an HIV test.
And while you two are doing all that, you two need to talk. He needs to come clean with you. If he is homosexual, then there is nothing in the future for the two of you as far as your marriage goes. Time to get divorced. If he is bisexual, then he needs to make a choice - either he will be with you or he will get divorced so he can play both ends of the field. Merely because he is bisexual (if he is) it does not mean that he HAS to have relationships with men. Bisexual means he is attracted to men and women. It doesn't mean that he cannot choose one of a gender with whom to stay the rest of his life. (No different than a heterosexual man who chooses his wife. He remains attracted to women - he simply chose one.)

Have you changed your washing powder recently, or has your husband bought new underwear other than cotton? These could have caused the rash, it could be an allergy. He might have a gay friend and be checking something out for them, maybe he doesn't know where else to look for STD information, and as the person is gay, that sort of site made the most sense - so don't jump to conclusions. You can be wary but have an open mind.

Perhaps a more crucial question is how you feel about it. It is far better to have an open and honest (without any accusatory posturing) discussion with him about your concerns.
Incidentally, visiting a gay porn site does not mean he's gay or bi. It just means he visited a gay porn site. Having homosexual thoughts is COMPLETELY NORMAL and usually doesn't mean anything significant.
However, as for the "rash on his butt", it would be best if you asked him about it gently and, if he's concerned, offer to take him to see your doctor. If he sees your love and support there he will be far likelier to open up to you and tell you more. Whatever you do, though, do not judge him. Please.

You have 2 very serious issues:
1. If he has an STD, he has been unfaithful
2. If he is bi-sexual, or gay, he has needs you cant meet.
For the second problem, you need to have him tell you the truth. You cant be judgemental, because then he wont tell the truth. If he is gay or bi, he cant be in a monogamous relationship, and you will need to divorce.

Maybe he was just looking for answers on STDs and found them on a gay website. The bigger question is, why does he have STDs?

You need to have a serious talk with your husband because he might have exposed you to STD as well. You should also see a doctor and undergo some STD tests to determine if you have one or not.

Get tested for STD's yourself and make him wear a rubber while with you until all of this gets cleared up.
If he didn';t go to a doctor about it there is definetly something fishy about it. Ask him.

Watch Broke-back Mountain, see if any of his behaviors are similar to theirs. Then follow your heart and get to the Dr. .
