No... it's not so much a case of "we believe Israel" as a case of "we just can't seem to get ourselves to believe anything arab muslims are saying anymore after all their lies".
I'm a graphic artist. There are a few problems with those photos:
1) they don't tell the whole story
2) some of them could easily be "modified" as we have seen in the media photos comming out that were OBVIOUSLY modified (probably by one of your friends with very very poor photoshop skills).
On #1. So it looks like the soldier is pointing the gun at the man with the kid. How do we (or the soldiers) know that the guy doesn't have bombs strapped onto himself? What if the soldier warned the guy to stop getting closer, but he is defying the orders?
The Picture where it looks like he is pointing the gun at the crying kid, any moron would be able to tell that the gun is not pointed at the kid, but more to the left at something that is not in the photo.

Again, it's not that I believe Israel, it's that I don't believe the lying, thieving, sneaky, inconsiderate arab scum who are willing to use their own children as "martyrs" by strapping bombs on them.

So, the American media slants the news, but the Arab news organizations don't? Now who is being blind? Israel is defending itself. They didn't know there were innocent people in the building in Qana. If history has taught us nothing else it has taught us that freedom isn't free. If some terrorists crossed the border and kidnapped my son or my brother and took him back to their country I would give my leaders no rest until they got him back! If my leaders did not go after him, I would go myself and I would try my best to kill every single one of the kidnappers and their friends and family until my son/brother was returned safely. I don't need to see muslim propaganda films to know what you think. We know what you people think by your actions. The problem is, both sides are wrong. What Israel does to the Palestinians is wrong. But Hezbollah and Hamas and the rest are wrong too.

It is wrong to persecute another group of people. It is also wrong to kill innocents. For this to end, people need to rise above reactionary politics and work for peace and justice, not war and revenge.
