Loose powder. It works better and can give more sheer of coverage.

Either is fine to use over foundation, just remember if you use an oil based foundation your touch-ups may come more regularly than using a matte foundation.
If you use pressed powder you must change your applicating sponge every month so that you do not create an oil build-up that will transfer into the powder.
If you use loose powder the best bet would be to use a blush brush its a bit more dusty but if thats your choice use a brush, you can use a sponge but the loose powder may again dust everywhere even on the outfit your planning on wearing. I prefer pressed.

Either is fine, but use a large blush brush to apply, as this keeps the foundation/concealer from shifting and won't give you an over-powdered look.

loose powder gives a more natural look. pressed powder is used for touch up.

Yes, it looks a lot better. If you use pressed powder after it fills in spots you may have missed with your foundation. It also makes your face look softer and less shiney.

Loose is better. Dip a brush in the powder, tap to remove excess, then "puff" the brush over your face and dust the extra off.

In my opinion, it is not good because first, it looks unnatural and second, your pores get clogged. Find a powder foundation, like Chanel or Mac, that does both.

Any powder works, just don't over do it!! Tee powder sets the powder on your skin & prevents a lot of smudging.

Just make sure you use translucent powder so you don't look like a funeral home escapee!!
