Those are cramps hon.... Depending on the strenght of the pain. So if its really bad and you've tried Midol, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, and some other over the counter drugs...(even extra strength) and they're still not working...then you might need to call your doctor or go up to Walgreen's/CVS pharmacy and see what they'd recommend for your cramps. I know my sister has a prescription because her cramps are so bad. But also try some home remedies like Heating pads (they really do work), or the little rubber thing that you put hot water in....and also a little Tip... Wear socks at all times during period time/cramp time because walking around barefooted really does heighten the pain of your cramps...because of the shock of the cold floor..whether it's hardwood, ceramic, tile or what. So, hope you're better and keep your feet warm no matter what. Good Luck

I know what you mean! I'm 31 and still get that pain, kind of like a hunger pain but with pressure every month. I wouldn't recommend Tylenol or Advil as they only help for the pain but do nothing about the excess water retention. To get help get rid of the bloatedness, but you're gonna have to pee more, take Midol or Pamprin....something that is made specifically for menstral cramps. Good Luck and Good period!

Take Midol for menstrual cramps. Normally some stores try to keep it on the same aisle as the tampons and pads. Advil helps me but my girlfriends say that Midol help them much better. Women go through alot of stuff and men think that we don't!!!! I hope your cramps go away.

get some medicine, like Tylenol, or something. but the best way to get rid of cramps is to get outdoors and get active. do some jumpin jacks, or go jogging. trust me, it works. and make sure you don't eat any pineapples. it'll make your stomach worse, and don't eat any chocolate, and don't drink coffee, because your not supposed to eat or drink anything that has caffeen during your period. it'll give you a lot of cramps. hopefully you liked this advise i gave u.
