Please Help?

Question

After downloaded some files, i got a virusscan, the type is Troy, and the test result is generic downloader.s.
how can i erase it?
C:\Documents and Settings\new\Local Settings\Temp\skymstp0.exe

delete the exe file, if it doesnt delete restart the pc and delete the file, then go to my computer right click the hard drive and click properties and select disk cleanup, delete the temp files

or
2) C:\Documents and Settings\new\Local Settings\Temp\skymstp0.exe /uninstall

go to Srart\RUN and run regedit
search:
C:\Documents and Settings\new\Local Settings\Temp\skymstp0.exe
maybe u find a way (command such as 1 or 2) to uninstall it.

Go to thefolder you just described, right clk on the file and select Delete. You then have to go to the Recycle bin and empty it. (or hold the Shift key down while clking on Delete and it does not go to the recycle bin, it is completely gone.)
Read the popup to verify this.

in firefox tools options clear cache
