Yes Dubai is jewel of Gulf, I will be there to enjoy snow
Dubai Sunny Mountain Ski Dome
Cube-shaped Ski Dubai extends over an area equivalent to four football fields (22 500m2), covered with real snow all year round.
The structure is 85 metres high (that's equivalent to 25 storeys) by 80 metres wide, with five different slopes of varying difficulty and length - the longest run being 400m. Complementing this is a 3 000m2 snow park with towers, ice caverns and a snowboard stunt park.
Fresh snow is made every day for ideal ski conditions, and the centre can accommodate up to 1 500 guests at a time.
The desert seems to have a split personality
Basic entry to the snow park costs about R80 per adult and R60 per child. A ski-slope day pass will set you back around R400 per adult and R320 per child. In the desert, R80 to throw round some snowballs and make a snowman doesn't seem extreme.
But then Dubai is a land of extremes: everything you seem to see, touch and taste is simply and unashamedly extreme.
In what has to be the most creative form of land reclamation off the coast of Dubai, and what Dubai calls the Eighth Wonder of the World, the emirate is reclaiming land from the sea and shaping it in the most unusual patterns
Sorry for PASTING

Hi
Well a person can hear different things about a city either good or bad things.
I have a mixed picture of Dubai, I have never been to there, but there are some certain things which makes me a bit worried.
The UAE is known to be a safe place, and there is low crime rate although there is another side of the coin there is something which is not allowed by the law, although there are many examples of that and breaches of that law, as that is hidden there.....
Have a nice day
( please kindly don't be angry by reading this)
