dont give it up to him yet. and if you already did
you'll know by the amount of attention he gives, and affection. does he listen when you speak to him. does he call you in the morning? does he call u at night time. does he take you out?

it depends. do you talk to this person? is he shy? either wait for him to ask you out, or you ask him the see a movie. that's the only way to know for sure.
