What do you love to do?

That's a good start.

I love poetry, that's always been a huge part of my life also cooking. I dreamed of being the world's best chef and own a huge restaurant but my health failed and now all I can do is poetry.

All ones talents and gifts are there to help one in this walk of life. You use them to fulfill ones life. Using the bible as a spiritual guide will also help you stay focused on ones goals.

Have a look within ones self the true answer to your question is there.

Good day, and may GOD bless you.

That which you are, your true self, you love it, and whatever you do, you do for your own happiness. To find it, to know it, to cherish it is your basic urge. Be true to your own self, love your self absolutely. Do not pretend that you love others as yourself. Unless you have realized them as one with yourself, you cannot love them. Don't pretend to be what you are not, don't refuse to be what you are. Your love of others is the result of self-knowledge, not its cause. Without self-realization, no virtue is genuine. When you know beyond all doubting that the same life flows through all that is and you are that life, you will love all naturally and spontaneously. When you realize the depth and fullness of your love of yourself, you know that every living being and the entire universe are included in your affection. But when you look at anything as separate from you, you cannot love it for you are afraid of it. Alienation causes fear, and fear deepens alienation. It is a vicious circle. Only self-realization can break it.

listen to your heart and intuition? part of society's agenda is to program you to "want to follow its plans". among other things, being able to discern which are your desires vs.its can be an interesting assignment. learning the practices which help you to tune into your intuition, etc., and blocking the brainwashing out are crucial for enjoying a fullfiling life. get involved with meditation and "energy practices": tai chi, chi kung, yoga, etc. then you'll be clear on what's right for you. check out www.sahajayoga.com; and read * the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom* for very valuable help along these lines. good luck

Living life is all about forming your own philosophy on life. You form your own philosophy by being aware of what is around you, talking to others who are important to you, reading the philosophies and opinions of others. Check out the writings of Deepak Chopra, this has helped me. "You are not in this world, the world is in you." I also use aromatherapy and meditation to help with forming my inner awareness of what is around me. Read and you'll know what I mean.
