Well you know that practice does make perfect. I tried really hard and I kept at it until finally I could do it in front of someone. Then, once I did it in front of someone once, I was able to hear some really bad criticism. I had to start over and try again. I tweaked some things and tried some new things and then went back in front of people and I did it again! This time, people really loved it so that gave me confidence to try harder and try something else that was new. A few times I fell and a few times I tripped, but all in all.. I can strip with the best of them.

Practice makes perfect and I've spent the better part of my life in the batting cage taking swings. It started when I was young and we used the wiffel ball, then moved into the batting cages.. Just got very good at it

I'm best at starting I.V's. I guess so much practice has made the master. Everytime there is a difficult stick in the unit, I am brought in to start them.
