While things may be exacerbated by global warming, it is fairly common for the Earth to go through periods of increased climate unrest. Take, for example, the Roman Empire. They suffered greatly from droughts, wild storms, floods, heat waves, cold snaps, etc and one can hardly claim that global warming was a factor back then.

Thus, in short, it is to be expected really.

May as well get used to it. According to climatological experts, its going to stay like this. The excessive heat will continue to be the norm in the summer along with flooding, hurricanes and tornadoes. Seems the earth is going through one of its cycles. And, its not helped by global warming.

I asked my husband this last night. First of all, the news highlights the most outrageous weather first. How many times do you hear them report about great weather first? Second, I think that this is just the life cycle of the planet. Humans have helped it speed up, but this is just how it is.

Dont know about global warming but its hot .Some say the end of the world ,it maybe just be ready to leave this world .i know i fell the lord and come up short ,but i ask for his grace,GODS GRACE. We all should believe in GOD,well if we can get the love from GOD we need to survive just the feeling of life after death and that he died so we could be free from sin. And we through him can leave drugs, alcohol ,and sin in our past, and just say i love GOD and feel his spirit shoot man there is nothing no greater

ask al gore? also, if you want to get involved with conspiracy theory--supposedly the gov't now has "mechanisms" for controlling the weather as they view such control as beneficial for war fighting. and they "practice" with it to study effects, etc. see www.educate-yourself.org on this point
