T see properly, muscles in the eyes control the aperture of the cornea, when staring for a while without moving the eyes, these muscles relax and as this changes the aperture of the cornea the vision gets blurred.

Hotandbothered is correct also in order to see correctly you have to blink which lubricates the eye. Without doing so your eye will dry out and your vision becomes blurred.

It depends what you mean by staring - you might be unconsciously focusing your eyes on something very distant.

Or maybe you need to go to the optician.

i think its because you arent foucusing on any thing inperticular so every thing is just kinda messed up and i love to do that blank stare kus i like the blurr and i try to notice something moving its lots of fun!!!
