Apples
pear
banana
strawberries
Apricots
There are many mixtures. But my best advice to you is to make sure a keep your child on a 3 day rotation diet. The more a child is exposed to a food the more likely they are to develop and allergy to it. I have a son that is 4 and severe food allergies and this is information that i wish someone had shared with me!!!
If you are interested in more info just contact me. There are no non allergenic foods.

you can give your baby any fruits that they can tolerate and gum up. My daughter was eating strawberries, banannas, pineapple, peaches, pears, applesauce, anything that she could mush up in her mouth safely and not choke on when she was 6 months old. Kiwi isnt a bad one to try either. Just make sure that you feed the fruit to baby for a couple of days like try one new fruit a week to make sure there are no food allergies

I started my daughter on fresh veggies.
Avacados, squash, potatoes, green beans, peas, califlower, broccoli (spelling impaired)
Then fruits
strawberries, bananas, kiwi, peaches, pears, apples, watermellon, honey dew
Actually I just go to the produce section at the supermarket and buy a couple of new things each week. She's loved everything so far

Peaches, plums, apricots....stay more with apple and banana based since it is more digestable....stay away from the small berries (especially strawberries because of allergies).....make sure they are blended to complete mush, no lumps or anything......then there is the good ole standby Gerber 1st stage foods.......
Good Luck :-)

Please don't give your baby Blueberries because most babies have allergic reactions to them. No honey, blueberries, chocolate, onions, shell fish, strawberries are too acidic, so are oranges, ect. So go for the sweet potatos, peas, apple sauce, pears, prunes (not too many though), peaches are great too, Just make sure you keep track of the acidic fruits and veggies, your child can be eating veggies too, not too much carrots though because it could turn your childs skin yellowish orange.

Bananas. I'm am sorry, that is the only thing I would give my daughter when she eats solid food. They don't have teeth, so it's easier for them to eat a banana.

bananas, applesauce, pears
Keep in mind, bananas and applesauce can be binding and cause constipation or at the very least firm stools. You can offer peaches, pears and prunes to soften them up.

Sliced strawberries, grapes (cut them in quarters), diced peaches, blueberries cut in half, raspberries cut in half.....just think about all of the fruit variety combinations that Gerber makes. Then, go out and get that fruit and dice it up!
