Have liverpool ever even won the premier league ?. I was sat at chelsea in the eighties in the pissing down rain watching us lose in the second round of the league cup with a whole block of seats to myself, I think we deserve our time in the sun. I think you'll find liverpool are the most succesful club in british history, so surely their fans are glory hunters, we are just happy to be winning things after so many years of nothing, by the way what part of liverpool are you from ?.
Aschelsea supporters we are glad that we are suddenly the team that everyone in the country is jealous of and hates, it means we are the best and every time someone slates us it just makes us feel more smug and even better about ourselves, ask man u supporters, they had the same feeling a few years ago and liverpool fans had the same smug feeling in the seventies and eighties. history is being written all the time and it is chelsea who are writing history at the moment, will it ever end, im not so sure.
Your profile says you are from london, is that in liverpool and you have a great record of 3% top answers, obviously everyone takes a lot of notice of everything you say.
I have been to around 500 chelsea games, how many times have you stood on the KOP ?.
By the way everyone buys the title, did liverpool get all their players for free in the past, the markets have changed, its dog eat dog and we've got the biggest teeth.
If a billionaire suddenly wanted to put money in to liverpool. I doubt they would, but if they did would all the liverpool supporters say no thanks we've got our history, we don't want the best players in the world, it all boils down to jealousy sweetheart and i'm afraid you're showing those green eyes.
By the way I really liked the liverpool teams of the seventies and eighties, as a football supporter they brought me a lot of pleasure and the fans and whole ethos of the club left me in awe, liverpool is a club with dignity and so are most of the fans, try to learn to have a little bit of dignity yourself. XXX.

Chelsea will never get any credit, like Blackburn when they won the Prem, because the money was just thrown their way. Liverpool are really not very good and I am surprised they won anything (even Gerrard said he closed his eyes in the FA Cup and the ball went a different place to where he aimed) I think they could have unsettling time ahead with the new signings(you know who) I would like Man U to win it if my team don't because they have English players. But if Ballack replaces Lump-Lard then i don't see anyone stopping Chelski- and yea glory hunters chelsea fans are, but so are man u and liverpool fans because i watch the same kids swap tops each season. where is the loyalty?

Why do you have to be so exclusionary. Like you said, Liverpool has garnered a fine history, but that can't be the end all. The game progresses and new history is made. Each team strives to make their mark in the books. Chelsea is fighting to do just that. Your question is full of muted arrogance that is sure to turn into full blown obnoxious cockiness if or when Liverpool wins a title. By the way, what good does it do addressing the question to Liverpool fans only, afraid someone might not agree with you?

I'm not a Liverpool fan (sorry) but I have to agree with you. Chelsea will never be classed as a great team. The success of Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal etc, in recent years has all been achieved WITHOUT a never-ending bank account.

If I was Chelsea manager I'd constantly win the league as I could by whoever I want whenever I want. It's like playing FIFA manager on the PC with an inexhaustable supply of cash. You'd just win everything all the time.

Abramovich is in the process of killing English football, and Chelsea's respect will never be truly deserved like that of great clubs such as Liverpool.

not a glory hunter supporter (Pompey fan) but im sorry to say that Liverpool aren't a great team either. theres no denying the fact that they were a great team but no longer. Chelsea are the closest thing in England to a great team and if they win the league again this season which they probably will then i think they will be a great team. and are u actually from Liverpool or are u a glory hunter as well?

A recent study gave points for all the titles, trophies and games won versus played and put Liverpool at the top.

Man U were several hundred points behind in second and I think Arsenal came third.

Chelsea were about 18th behind even the likes of Fulham!!!!!

Read it and weep Chelski.....two titles is just current form!!!! You haven't even won the champions league with all your millions!!!

Form is temporary....Class is permanent!!!
