Never took reglan but I did take fenugreek and blessed thistle (available in pill form at health food stores) and it really worked.
Also check out http://www.breastea.com I drank it when I was nursing and it worked wonders. Follow the directions and it will probably work for you, too.

No, but you can take Fenugreek capsules..They are natural herbs, and readily available at MOST drug stores, and every vitamin store I have ever entered..Reglan is a drug that your Dr gave you I'm sure, but I don't know if I would take it..I would feel much more comfortable taking the "herbs"..The ONLY side effect of the Fenugreek is that it makes your urine,sweat,milk that is produced, EVERYTHING, smell like Maple syrup..

Yes! I did try this to increase my milk supply but I didn't find that it made much difference with me. I found a lactation specialist that gave me much more help in this area. I had doubts about taking the reglan also because I knew that it would be passed on (in small amounts) to my baby also. Please seek out an expert in breastfeeding it was well worth it for me. thats not available here in the philippines. however, there is this leafy vegetable that it recommended here called "malunggay" which also comes in capsule form. This is called "Moringa" in english. this supposedly increases you production. i didnt take this for my 1st son and only fed for 4 mos. i'm now taking it for my 2nd and i'm still feeding at 7 mos.
