how dare you say that! if you were paying attention to the beginning they tell you why they are there, so before you make a stupid question like this, get your facts straight!, cause it seems some one needs go back to school!!!

Look at how many heroes each company has (DC and Marvel) and how similar so many of them are. Some are almost identical except for the costumes and names! They must be running out of ideas by now. So many ideas were suggested to them by kids writing in with good ideas and suggestions in the early days, and the kids were so excited to have their letter printed in the magazine back then, they didn't even realize they were giving their ideas away for free and letting Stan Lee make money off of them. He's just up to his old tricks!
